Advisor
Marc Glasser is a nationally recognized authority on homeland security and enterprise risk with more than three decades of experience spanning government, academia, and the private sector. He has led business development in manufacturing and services, understands how sales, marketing, and networks convert ideas into results, and has operated at every scale—from a few-person startup to organizations with more than 250,000 employees. Marc retired from U.S. Government service as Chief of Chemical Security at the Department of Homeland Security, where he designed and implemented risk-management programs to reduce the likelihood of significant terrorist chemical attacks. Drawing on cross-domain expertise—homeland security, critical infrastructure protection, cybersecurity risk, business continuity, emergency and crisis management, physical security, investigations, and executive protection—he is known for mapping the interconnectedness of threats and operations. He developed the "ROI of Risk Management" perspective to help leaders balance resources across prevention, mitigation, transfer, and acceptance—turning risk into a disciplined, board-level investment decision.

Earlier, as a Special Agent with the U.S. Department of State, Marc served in more than 90 countries, building a worldwide network and the diplomatic acumen to achieve rapid outcomes in complex environments. Over the past decade, he has served as an adjunct professor, published as both academic and practitioner, and presented to corporate boards, CEOs, senior government officials, and large global conferences. As an advisor, he brings institutional-grade rigor and commercial pragmatism—translating national-security frameworks into scalable governance, resilience, and growth strategies—while helping Ro&® and its partners navigate regulated markets and align security investment with measurable business value.
